A Wallet key lets you store your room key in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so you can unlock doors using your phone or compatible smartwatch. It’s a simple, secure, and convenient option.

Your Wallet key works for your guest room as well as other designated areas of the hotel where a standard key card would normally be required.

After you make a reservation, open the confirmation email on your mobile device and select “Add to Wallet.” Once you’ve checked in at The Shelborne, your digital room key will activate. You can then hold your phone or smartwatch near the lock to enter your room or access other hotel areas.
