Barrel Sauna
Relax in a two-person cedar barrel sauna designed for deep, even heat and a calming atmosphere.
Cold Plunge
Our temperature-controlled cold plunge reaches as low as 35°F, offering full-body immersion to support recovery, reduce inflammation, and sharpen mental clarity.
Recommended Contrast Protocol
For the best experience, begin with 10–12 minutes in the sauna, followed by 2–3 minutes in the cold plunge. Repeat for one or two rounds depending on your session length.
